Schreier Suggests That Some Individuals At Saber Are Still Working On The Remake Of Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic

The crisis at Embracer and the future of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake seemed to have been resolved with corporate restructuring, removal of the trailer from YouTube, and CEO Lars Wingefors' complete silence on the topic. It's uncertain whether the KOTOR remake will ever be released.

However, Bloomberg's Jason Schreier provided a glimmer of hope. The journalist shared on Twitter that while he can't confirm if the game will ever launch, at least two people from Saber Interactive studio (co-developers with Aspyr) have confirmed they're still working on it.

Despite this, it's a long shot to expect we'll ever play the game unless Embracer has a hidden strategy, potentially revealed during its shareholder meetings.
