Reverb to Publish Cognition

Developer Phoenix Online Studios announced that Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller will launch digital, thanks to the help of Reverb Publishing.

Following the Boston-based FBI Agent Erica Reed, this point-and-click game allows players to find clues in a comic book-styled world. With the mere touch of an object, Reed can see the past of that object with an ability called post-cognition.

“Cognition is a smart, narrative-driven game that both fits in nicely and yet stands apart in our library of published titles,” said Ted Lange, executive producer of Reverb Publishing. “The art is truly outstanding and evocative of the game’s gritty atmosphere. It’s very exciting to see old-school point-and-click games like this come back in full force, and Cognition is a stellar example to set.”
