Eff yes.  Bullet William is sexy and sophisticated.  He doesn’t just blast out of a cannon at Mario, he plots his revenge maniacally with his evil henchman.  He doesn’t sit idly by while Bowser does all the work kidnapping Princess Peach, no; he ties her up to the Mushroom Express railroad tracks.  Don’t mess with Bullet Will.
